Delivery Informations

To calculate delivery, add the items you want to buy to your cart enter your post code and press "Calculate ." Delivery is usually based on how far away you are, but to simplify things we only have 3 delivery area bands, Free - £15.00 +VAT and £25.00 + VAT.

Delivered prices will be shown including any volume discounts and VAT that may apply for your order.

A signature is required at the time of delivery.

Deliveries are usually performed Monday through Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. An appointment by telephone is usually scheduled by ourselves or our agents, however it is not guaranteed. Inside delivery can also be arranged, please call for details. Weekend deliveries and out of hours are also available at an extra cost.

Deliveries

Standard direct delivery is performed as a "Tailgate / Roadside Delivery only. The driver will move the items to the back of the vehicle and off on to ground level. At that point you will need someone to move them into your building or residence.

Where possible, your goods will be delivered by ourselves or our agents as a doorstep delivery service and they or ourselves will usually notify you prior to delivery.

Can I get an inside delivery?

Yes, subject to the type of residence or business access for a small additional fee we can arrange for an inside delivery for a fee typically around £20.00 on top of delivery but it depends on quantity and on the situation, this is evaluated on a case by case basis.

Platinum Delivery

Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm in most areas

Remote areas may require special planning or could experience delivery

delays, please call for more details.

Platinum Delivery includes inside placement in the room of your choice and

two flights of stairs, additional services such as assembly may require additional charges.

Prior to delivery you should make arrangements for removal of the goods inside your premises.

You choose the room and our delivery experts will deliver your new furniture right where you want it! It couldn't be easier or more convenient. Items will not be unboxed, unpackaged, or assembled.

We can upgrade your delivery service to include full installation if required so please call for more information and full details.

Please inspect your delivery prior to signing off on the paperwork. If there are any issues with your delivery you must call us while the carrier is present.

What about assembly?

Most of our furniture is sent out for self assembly, it is quick and easy to assemble with simple minimal tools, some of which are included with the products. If you need our services to assemble your furniture, we can also provide assembly services throughout most of the UK for a small additional cost.

Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid.
