Damages, cancellations & returns
We want all our customers to be satisfied with the quality and standards of our goods and services. We pride ourselves in delivering quality products at very low prices. If you are dissatisfied with our service or goods for any reason, please contact customer services by email on sales@elite-interiors.co.uk. and we will do our very best to rectify your problem.
Discrepancies/Damages
Any complaints that you may have which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods delivered or their failure to correspond with the specification shall needs to be notified to us within 5 working days from the date of delivery or within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or failure. Elite shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the goods).
Cancellations & Returns
You have 14 days to request goods to be cancelled (from date of order) or returned (from date of receipt). Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Goods to be returned will be collected by us or our agents. Elite reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 15% of the value of the goods for items cancelled or returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be deducted from any refund given. Goods to be returned must be kept safe, dry and secure until such time as they are collected by us, usually within 10 days of notification. Any damage to the goods will be deducted from any refund given in addition to the minimum handling fee (if applicable) referred to above.
We will refund the price of the goods (if a refund is applicable) to you less any deductions once the Goods have been examined and within 30 days of their collection from you by Elite or our agents..
We want you to be assured that all our products are sent out in perfect condition and you must check on receipt of goods for any damage to packaging, if packaging is damaged then please inspect the contents immediately and if they are found to be damaged then please reject the delivery, and we will send out a replacement straight away.
